Jillian Bethany Bernadotte is Annabelle and Isabelle's neighbor and friend.
Appearance[]
Jillian has tan skin and light brown eyes. She has brown hair, which she ties in 2 pigtails with 2 silver bows.
Jillian wears a white top with pink a zig-zag pattern, and a heart with the word "love". She also wears a blue denim skirt and white sneakers.
In Stop Fighting, she is shown wearing a white shirt with red hearts
Personality[]
Jillian has similar interests to Annabelle and Isabelle. However, Jillian would sometimes push others to do what she wants to do. This is shown in The New Neighbour and the Jelly Dreams Surprise.
At the end, the girls make up. Jillian gets along very well with the twins and they become close friends.
